Each bar is rigorously inspected throughout the manufacturing process to meet our in house standards (minimum of 14 inspections), this is to ensure safety and quality not minimum requirements. Safe T Bar only manufacture its products with 304 18-8 stainless steel material and there is no need for any chemical cleaning to remove contamination. Safe T Bar, Inc. has always been concerned with the environment; a green company. Safe T Bar, Inc. exceeds minimum safety and quality requirements issued by ADA, ANSI and the Federal codes when manufacturing its products. By providing you safety and quality which exceeds ADA, ANSI and Federal codes standards not minimum standards. Safe T Bar, Inc. is able to offer you a limited lifetime warranty for its grab bar products.
Safe T Bar, Inc. grab bar products are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free of defects in the material and workmanship of its grab bar products. We will replace any products or parts that prove to be defective. You will need proof of purchase (Original Sales Receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must be made available for all Safe T Bar, Inc. warranty claims. Safe T Bar, Inc. warranty excludes incidental/inconsequential damages, defects caused by installation, improper cleaning and failures due to misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear. Safe T Bar, Inc. warranty excludes all industrial, commercial and business usage. Whose purchasers are hereby extended a five year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the duration of warranty.
Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province.
