Grab bar shipping charges are based on quantity weight purchased or dimensional. Handling and Insurance charges are based on dollar amount purchased. Insurance fees and residential fees are charged by the shipping company and passed on to the consumer. Insurance fees are based per 100.00 increases and the residential fee is a onetime charge per order. Your handling fee is made up of these costs.

Safe T Bar Inc. Return Policy - Safe T Bar Inc. will not accept any returned packages without a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). Items without an RGA number will be returned to sender at senders' expense.
Grab bar returns must be within 60 days of purchased receipt. All goods will be shipped to Safe T Bar Inc. at customer's expense. Safe T Bar Inc. suggests shipping UPS, FedEx, USPS and SPEEDEE, this ensures that your packaged can be tracked and you have a proof of delivery.
Once grab bar product is received and inspected in house; a credit will be issued to your credit card, less shipping and 15% restocking charge. No returns will be accepted if grab bars have been installed. No returns on any custom designed grab bars or custom order of any kind.
